Re-intro / 92 SC3, 1JZ, V160, 2150CC AND PROEFI BUILD
Hi everyone -
This is my 3rd SC over the years and I've had my current one for 8+ years now with the 1J,
So with all the things life puts me through (and continues to), I haven't been able to work on the car much other than maintenance until now.
A couple of years ago, I had the car repainted to black from white as seen on my sig. (I know, I need to re-do my sig..lol.)
Recently had my factory seats re-upholstered with new leather. Fixed my trunk shocks, replaced ;headlights, cluster that works, climate control, HIDs, steering wheel
My 1J is perfectly fine, less than 15K on the motor since I've had it (had 40K initially). So, with the expertise and help from a very respected member on CL...my SC will be under the knife soon. ....

Modified Intake Manifold to acccomodate TB bore 90mm

Custom downpipe and exhaust
Q45 TB
Tial 44 WG

dual Walbro 485
dual HKS SSQ BOV
Catch can w/breather, oil lines, feed, return, fittings
FIC 2150 cc
BC 264
V160 (brand new rebuild);
transmount, crossmember, throwout bearing, shifter linkage, slave cylinder
V160 flywheel
Southbend clutch
TRD LSD
PHR driveshaft
new waterpump, timing belt, tensioner
new steering rack, front LCA bushings
new carpet, door panels
I'm sure that I'm missing more than a few things that I didn't list, but should feel almost like a whole different car afterwards.
Plans for next year -- Airbags, stiffen up the chassis, and work more on my interior. I would like to leave it stock bodied with 92 tails.
Pics below of how she currently sits on Advan Siennas (at a friend's house), more to come later.

OP - I was just messing with Mark . Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. If a spoiler on that SC looks good to you, by all means put one .

If I were to add a spoiler, I was thinking of a cf roof spoiler. Not sure yet though.

Go alot of parts in! and alot oon order.
Intercooler, PHR Driveshaft, BW Mormon Flange, 2000cc ev14 High Impedance, Southbend Clutch are all on order Should b here by the end of the Week.
Mike wants to keep the old BOV , but I don't like it and it won't flow with the new engine bay so that blitz has to GO mike!! haha.
Proefi is here, map sensor, iat sensor, fuel pressure sensor,I boost , boost controler,wideband , 52mm can gauge. Everything looks great.
Alpha will be here to tune all 3cars , Mine, Fuzion and Mike's all should be ready in a month or less.
I am very excited take on this project and it will be badass once am done with it.

Okay - I'll sell the Blitz..lol. I was just trying to run 2 BOVs like you.
