It made roughly 700whp with some ignition issues, but once we get that done ,should make 750-760whp around 39-40.

At 32 psi its an animal..it blows the tires off without the traction control, it hooks in first with trc on street tires at 32 psi!

Turn the boost up with turn of a ****, lowest boost is 18 psi on pump and it make 454whp safely, 25 psi second turn, 28 psi 3rd turn, 32 psi 4th turn and 35psi 5th turn.

i'll post the videos on here too!

Hooked up the can gauge and this gauge is sweet!! The only gauge you would ever need.

No doubt! Would you be upset if I went 1.5? I'm considering down the road (after a couple years) to build an NA block and shoot for the sky..lol

Vids please.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Decided to put my TT wheels back on for now. Rides smooth and hooks very good still with the traction control on 255s. New LCAs, front and rear sway bar links have been installed. Car has been realigned.

Rear wheel studs ordered and will be replaced soon.

Will be getting some additional exhaust work to put another muffler (or two) so that noise will be at minimal except for turbo and bovs (wg is re-circulated).

^Have the LQ9 coils in hand, just need to do some minor grinding to the head.

Way to represent the 1JZ.. Thank you for sticking with it.

I knew these JZ motors were fully capable of performing and exceeding your power goals.

For sure and thank you sir. I just did not see the point in removing my perfectly fine 1JZ for anything else. Granted, I came close one time to wanting to switch it for a 2JZGTE, but I was already too deep in to this build.

At times, I felt that I spent too much and in my head asked why am I doing this, but when I drive the car it brings me an immense feeling of satisfaction and have no regrets. The V160 is definitely in a league of its own. I can't even compare it to the 6 speed in my old S2000 and certainly not in my Camry..lol.

Omar has been nothing but a true professional, a great friend, and has really taken care of business. It's not easy when each of us has children to take care of and just busy with life in general. The past cold winter has not helped much either.

New Iridium IX plugs were installed today and it definitely made a difference in high boost. Instead of grinding the head, the lq9 coils will be extended with a plate made on top (As an example, reference some of the engine pics in Shef's 1100whp build thread). When that's done, it should make for an even more noticeable difference.
