Car is going to the shop for exhaust and intercooler piping fab up monday.
Once i get it back , we'll remove all the parts and send out for coating.
Harness will need to be repin for the Proefi so it's PNp and no patch harness will be needed.
car will be back together in no time once i get the parts back!!
Alpha is coming to tune when he gets back from NY, he will be in NY from 30th -4th of October , so in about 10 days from today car should be done!

Looks like both our SCs will be going in for tuning on the weekend of the 5th then.
What can I say, Omar is the man.

^^Thank you! I was kinda close to going 2JZ-GTE, but I was already too far down the road with getting parts..lol.
Everything's on track, I'm in no rush anyways. Just would like to go for some cruising before any snow falls in the area. :P

Lol , no actually he wanted to go 2jz and I talked him out of it before we are far too deep into the 1jz and
We only want 720-750whp on ethanol thats all not much so 1jz with cams is more than enough.
I have nothing against 1jz! Remember my first build was a 1jz 6years ago.
I just hate stock twins on 2jz or 1jz lol.
Of course we gonna go for a ride, my car may not be ready but we'll see. .needs alot of work.
Are you one of those people that puts there cars away for winter?! I don't think I can resist not driving my car knowing there is absolutely nothing wrong with it lol I cannot do it.

I love driving my SC when its cold, just not in the snow....especially when there's other people on the road..lol.
Please try to have the NA-T ready for tuning day, I'm hoping that both of us exceed our expectations.

Harness is out of the car, getting repin for Proefi buy my buddy Cam !
Car will be getting the exhaust and Intercooler piping done tomorrow.
P/s rack bushing are shot , the new ones will be going in once i pull the motor out ..
Control arm bushings will also be replace.
My car won't be done, i am trying to get a new daily first ..

CAms are going in tonight with all the goodies, timing belt,water pump,tensioner, etc...
I will charge my phone and take alot of pics i promise you guys.
Tuning Date has been changed again, 2 other guys are not gonna be ready on time so the tuner pushed it back!! Which will give plenty of time break the clutch in and make sure everything is 100% functional!!
Maybe picking up my new car this week end , waiting to hear back from the Seller!

Where you guys from in va? I'm close to manassas fairfax area......this build is inspiration cause my sc is on stands and needs a new 1j would love to have everything on your 1j menu

I'm not in VA , Nver will.. I am in MD Germantown to be exact.
This car will make the same power as my car once it's done, and i am very excited and wanna see that..
Building Cars takes alot of times, money and patience... i couldn't believe Mike drove his car from 03 with the twins till now In the past 7years i had over 12 different setups.
