Default Rotrex powered GS400

GS400
D2 coilovers
Rotrex supercharger kit
Split Sec FTC

This build was performed at LIVauto in Virginia Beach, VA using a Rotrex 38-81.

Project looks nice. Always love the boosted v8. Currently working on 2 of them haha.

You used the Splitsec? Are you not running that much boost? Those units don't really work too well with these cars once you get the power going.

Yeah. its only pushing 6-7 psi due to still having the stock internals and auto trans. The set up is good for 600hp with a smaller pulley, bigger injectors, bigger fuel pump and a standalone EMS.

Nice... i want something like this pretty bad.. Boosted GS4 sounds impressive IMO... Not a bad price either.. Can any type of Supercharger be used for this setup? How reliable is Rotrex?

Plus all this on stock internals?

With turbo, you'll have to fabricate a turbo manifold, custom downpipe etc. With this set up, we engineered it be a breeze to install by anybody. If you can install a serpentine belt, you can install this system. You can use factory or aftermarket exhaust manifold. Rotrex is a very reliable system. Koeneggsegg CCX used two of these systems, HKS uses them for their supercharger kits etc.

I definitely can install a belt lol... We need a company to create a DIY kit for us GS400 owners.. the video sounded great
