It made it really easy....I hit it about 3 times the week before I did it....but easy to do since the SC sits inside the garage and its not a DD

Got the Rear Supra TT calipers painted today using VHT engine metallic paint.....awaiting goodridge braided brake lines and TT rear rotors.

Ordered some small lexus logo script that I hope will fit on the calipers.

Also been playing around with using the factory cornering lights and making them into brake ducts...there is just enough room to fit a 3" pipe through the opening...

Here is the template I made to fit the spot in bumper....right now I just made it out of a old mudflap...

And here is the piece fit into the bumper....still need to buy a flange to fit it.....

Will be using one of these flanges to finish it off......and allow me to be able to connect brake ducting to it....

I like the idea of the brake ducts.. I was actually thinking about doing something similar as i don't have fog lights installed and i don't like having just an opening there.

I can send you the templates if you like after I finish mine....still in early phase....but I am going to try and utilize the stock bolt holes to attach it back to bumper...

I'll update it as I proceed

Thanks....I am trying to get SC out on Pittsburgh International Race complex.....they offer track nights for $150 and you get 3, 20 minutes sessions.

Need to do a few things before it is ready....and im sure i'll find the weaknesses of the car very quickly

When you get your template done, I'd love to see a copy of it or something. Perhaps draw it up in Solid Works, then people can have it CNC cut.

Probably dont need to go to that extent unless there is a lot of interest in them....

I would be able to cut them out easily out of aluminum with jigsaw....but i plan on having the flange and cornering light piece put together as one and attach bolts on back side...so it will be a bolt on utilizing factory holes in bumper...

The nice thing about CNC as it's perfect over and over. I personally would probably have them made from my CF source for my car, which requires a CAD file.

I agree with this but when you make that is perfect fit is pretty easily to replicate....lets see how it turns out and or works first....before jumping the gun....

Agree with ya. True as long as you're using material like aluminum. Personally I'd probably want to have em made from CF, and a cnc waterjet works a lot better than a jigsaw on that

No doubt about the cnc waterjet....but it gives a better feeling knowing that I made it myself......and I havent decided if I am willing to share....
