Can you explain how you ditched the heater valve? I'd love to get rid of that thing, but still want hvac control.

Reroute the lines without the heater core on it....all it really does is go in the heater core and out the other end...

Here are the pics...take the coolant line coming out of the hard line and put it straight to back of head....obviously you will need a new heater hose cut to the correct length

But doing without heater valve means only cold ac or hot heat , no way to regulate blending without valve

As lexforlife said , you will have problem without the heater valve . Summertime , hot coolant will always go through your heater core so your AC won't be that cold because as the blower blows out air .. heat from the heater core comes out also just because hot coolant is ALWAYS going through the heater core. It is that valve that controls the flow of hot coolant into the heater core.

I have ran my car for 2 years now without any heat or AC without a problem...I was looking into the FSM or Cxracing kit to delete the AC compressor all together

My tacoma is the DD....the SC is for pleasure

My SC doesnt really look like much of a sleeper anymore.....wide tires, loud exhaust, racing seats and harnesses, no rear interior...

^^^ got you ..

But a daily driver sleeper is more exciting . You get to fool a lot more especially newer cars day to day . That is where you feel that all your efforts in building it is all worth it , when these newer cars cannot cope up with an old car and the look on their face ... frustration ? ... worth a million !

Exactly.....I always get head snappers.....lol.......when they hear the turbo spooling up....

Most people dont expect old man tan to get up and go.....

Once I get it up to around 500hp can start having more fun with some people

hahaha... especially with that color.. old man's tan.

I told you what my Old Man's Tan has made and am still trying to squeeze 150-200 with the nitrous even if it is already past the 1k rwhp mark.

Old Man's Tan .. my favorite car right now.... my new Daily Driver Sleeper !
