Got rear tires mounted and balanced today and threw them on the car.....

I needed to back SCout of garage anyways to start it up and get up to operating temp....I tend to do these every few weeks since the car is just sitting and not being driven.

Here is some pics....I will get better ones later but should give you the idea...Still need to adjust front coils and get an alignment...but I want to wait until I get sway bars since it will be easier to do it all at once

The front wheels could definitely use a 10 mm spacer to make them more flush....

Fitted the Lexus center caps into the wheels....I had to modify them quite a bit to get them to work..

Really loving the 3.5" rear lips....

Nice to hang out in my heated garage and work on the SC over the winter........

What do you guys think should I swap the rivets out to gold ones?......I like to be different and then the wheels would be custom

I would give it a try. It generally looks best when the wheel color contrasts with that of the car. Dark wheels on a light car or light wheels on a dark car. Black on black and chrome on white never have the same pop as chrome on black or black/gunmetal on white. In your case, the gold lug nuts jump out nicely to help contradict that rule of thumb. Adding a bit more gold in the form of the rivets ought to help a bunch.

Ryan I'm from the Clarion area. So just a little northeast of Butler. It takes me about 45 minutes to get to Butler. I think you should put the gold bolts in the wheels. I think the gold lugs look a little funny against the silver rim w/o anything to tie them in just my .02

Thanks yea I was gonna get the gold rivets...

.I just hope they match the gold color of the lugnuts....I dont want to have different shades of gold.....

FYI the wheels are machine finish not silver.......

SC is officially stored for winter.....My next door neighbor was cool enough to let me the store the car in unused garage over the winter....

I usually store the car in my own garage but I am working on some home remodeling so the garage has turned into a workshop

I put the car up on jack stands to prevent the new tires from getting flat spots and just in case I decide to work on the car

Thanks Guys....I want to get some of the aero pieces finished up this winter....

I am also putting together a breather kit

Still on the fence about installing a sparco f200 bucket seat for driver....driver seats leather is in the worst condition out of any of the seats and looks like hell...

Picked up a pair of used Sparco Fighter Seats for a good deal..these are some of the lightest seats sparco offers minus the carbon fiber....They weigh 16lbs a piece....

The lumbar pads attach with velcro so I can remove them if necessary....they do make the seat a little more comfortable

I plan on adding harnesses but I am undecided on what kind to get....

Installing the sliders was a major PITA....and mounting the seat to the base....I am using a 93-98 Supra sparco bracket..

Ryan, those seats look great...which harness are you going to run for the seat belts? Did you install a harness bar?
