I just looped the hose from back of block to metal coolant pipes for oil cooler.....I eliminated heater all together....I was taking off the hoses and it pulled the metal pipe right out of the heater core....You will still get the radiant heat from the engine..

Excellent, I'm doing the same. It sounds like we have very similar builds. The only major differences that we have is the actual engine . I'm running the GE with a BWS300, 44mm precision WG, Blitz BOV, Southbend clutch, XS Power FFIM, Q45 TB, Aristo ECU, RC 440's, and an ebay mani. I'll install the valve covers when I find a set that doesn't cost more than an entire GE motor I can't believe people want $400 for a damn spark plug cover lol.

Excellent build, I'll check in from time to time. What exhaust are your running?

I thought about going NA-T but for the cost to make it right...would have been better off going GTE to begin with...plus my JDM Aristo GTE motor only has 83,000km on it which is about 50,000 miles compared to my old GE that had 170,000 miles

Good point, plus I like that fact you were able to drive and pick out your own engine prior to purchase. Smart move, I just wish there were move engines available near me-I'd do the same!

I like the NA-T approach, only thing I don't like is the intake mani situation. To each their own though, really can't go wrong with a GTE.

I am not sure what I am going to do with the passenger side panel......It is to broke to repair..I have tried to repair it with fiberglass but it is broke in a really bad spot where the plastic is really thing

If anyone has the lower door trim panel that goes around the speaker and where the armrest is.....I only need that piece color doesnt matter as I will be wrapping it with new vinyl...

This is what happened to mine....
