Its been a while since I updated, but more parts have arrived! OS GIKEN twin plate clutch has arrived and is going in the car with the built R154 as I type this. MoFab catch can also mounted, waiting on stainless lines for finishing up the install. Also, the downpipe and both dump tubes have been heat wrapped.

Nice car and parts list but I have a question on the list 6-625hp on E-85 with ID 1000's is pushing it a little an a single Walbro 255 definitely will not support those goals on regular race fuel not even talking about E-85..
Titan is more than capable so I'm sure they will point you in the proper direction regarding fuel requirements otherwise great looking work

Now if you run the Walbro 485 pump you shouldnt have any problem hitting 600 unless those injectors aren't big enough. There is a supra guy running the Walbro 485 pump but I think he is running 1200-1600cc injectors. And is hitting 665-670hp.

The 485 will typically support based on data on the internet (if you believe the internet) but your mod list stated 255 so hence my comment, also 1000cc on E-85 with 15% overhead making the inj 850 ish then considering an approx 30% more fuel requirement which equals at 600hp 780cc
leaving approx 70 cc remaining.
Just trying to help!

I appreciate the insight guys! You guys are correct. I am in the works of finding new pumps to run. AEM makes 320 LPH pumps designed for alcohol based fuels up to E100 and M100. I'm leaning towards running two of these pumps. To me is seems like the best and most reasonably priced option. I think the HKS fuel rail and ID 1000's should hold up fine. I think if my duty cycle is >90% at 600-625 whp, I'll heavily consider swapping them for larger injectors.

Thanks for the props, guys! I appreciate it. The shop is MoFab out of Denver, CO. The owner Scott is a fabricating genius.

If I can make a suggestion look into the Walbro 485 pumps two of them would give you really good future room for expansion and there 100% E-85 compatible.

Alright I'll do some research on them. I did see that they are about twice as expensive as the AEM 320's. If you can pitch a good sale, I'll probably end up getting two of the 485's instead of the AEM's haha.

The AEM 320 pumps are basically glorified Walbro pump and unless your looking for 1000+hp
the 485's will put you there with ease

Alright good stuff. As of right now I don't plan on going for 1000+ hp, but having the potential there and not wasting money on different pumps in the future sounds like a pretty sweet deal.

I ordered two of the Walbro 485's and the Aerocatch hood pins. All these will be at the shop on Tuesday. Hopefully the car will be done and ready for tuning by the end of next week!
