Might just get Cam seals as well and new PS line + crush washers.

Basically another $700 and I should be just about done. I'm sure random things will pop-up during the install so I have to factor in a few more hundred for stuff that might break or need to be replaced.
I have a barely used Clutchmasters Stage IV clutch & pp if you are interested. Great clutch.

I'm about to add gonorrhea to the sig list.

Damn serp belt is going to be the death of me. When I turn the car on, a huge squeal of horror erupts. It only repeats itself when I hit the throttle with quickness. I looked under the hood and if I hit the gas with the TB cable, the serp belt wants to jump off the tensioner and screams I've replaced the belt twice so it's not the issue. One of the pulleys is shot.

I've just been driving very carefully. One of the pulleys are completely out of line. The waterpump, PS, and alternator are brand new. That leaves the underdrive pulley and A/C. Going to check it out this weekend if I have time.

Forgot to mention that I replaced the tensioner last Sunday. It was brand new as well.

on the side of the tensioner is 2 tick marks and on the body there will be like a line or arrow indicator.
The line should be somewhere between the 2 marks for proper tension, if not something could be out of line as you said or belt routed the wrong way. your 2jzge is a handfull lol.

A friend hooked me up with a gasket set but I'm pretty sure it's for a GE. This kit included the front and rear main seal gaskets along with several others.

I really need the GTE compression. Can anyone tell just by the photo if this is for a GE or GTE?

Here's my authentic blitz BOV. It's used but it looks pretty good. I've never seen a black one before.

I also got my oil feed and drain lines. These are the Phoenix Industry lines that I picked up for a steal.

is the headgasket multilayer? The TT HG should be around 1.3mm or something like that and the GE one is really thin.

Nope, it's a single layer headgasket and it's thin. I'm 99% sure it's a GE. I'll either sell it or put it on my garage wall cause it's cool looking. The good thing is that the gasket kit came with everything else including the front and rear main seals.

Pretty sure I just blew my crank pulley right off. The belt still held but there is basically no tension. I lost all power steering and my battery light came on. Still can't believe the belt held and didn't completely slip off, but I guess the other pulleys that have a lip on the edge held it on. I was driving around 55mph and downshifted into 4th gear and attempted to pass a car. Then "BOOOOM* I lost all feeling of power steering about 3 seconds later and I see this ring fly out the back of my car in the rear view. Vid below, hope I didn't screw anything else up. If anyone has an extra one, please give me a shout. I'm borrowing my dads 1999 Excursion with 240k miles which runs better than my car lol.

How in the hell is the pulley held on? The harmonic balancer I believe is still on, but the actual pulley was ripped off. Is it glued on or something?

I couldn't open the video. At least from my phone. Jay's car just did this two weeks. He ordered a new one somewhere and it was 600 bucks shipped. It was a nice one piece if I remember correctly. Let us know what you figure out.

From what I read, the one piece is from ATI performance. That's a little more than I want to spend and probably a little over kill for my requirements.

Anyone know if the IS300 and GS300 crank pulley with VVTI will work on a non VVTI GE?

My thread posts about this car are so entertaining it's pathetic.
