We used a plastic foam board to render the front splitter. After fitting and choosing the design, the plastic board is then fiberglassed. The result is amazing. The splitter is sanded and prep for priming then paint.
Plastic board taped up for fiberglass.
Front view of splitter. Once aired out, it will be sitting on the ground.
Side view of the splitter. I like the thickness of the splitter, looks like it was part of the Black Pearl kit.

Since "lieup" mentioned it earlier about the hood,, I minus well post it here. Plus, if you are following Endless Project on Instagram, then you would've seen the hood already.
Adding a vented hood was something I've been wanting to do for a year now. It's just timing...hard to leave the car in the shop for 3-4 months...but it had to be done. There's only a few options to do a vented hood. Option #1: Buy a carbon fiber hood, cut it up and mash it to your current hood. Option #2: But vents from Japan and mash it. Option #3: Vent your own current hood.
I choose the latter...below are progress of the vented hood.
Rendering the design to make sure it's what I actually want.
The first cut...there's no turning back now.
The second side cut and vents are spaced out 1 inch.
Top view with all side welded.
Test fitting on the hood to see if everything flow.
Hood removed to reinforce the bottom side. Notice how all the welds are nice and clean.
Hood is sanded and prepping for the 2nd stage of the project. I decided to have the center raised like a 2014 LS hood.
View from the inside
Side view after welding, bonding, sanding and priming.
Completed vented hood on the car. Top view
Front view of the vented hood complete and is now ready for paint.
