Sorry to hear about your poor customer service experience. I know how it feels when the ball gets dropped or you feel like you re getting taking advantage of. it's bad for everyone and lose, lose situation. I would ask for a refund and find another business. Good luck and keep us informed on your build.

Thanks man. I asked for a refund and told them I was ok with the 25% restocking fee to which i was told I cannot since it was special order. The flywheel wasn't tagged as special order and that wasn't mentioned anywhere but hey you live and learn.

Why aren't you just getting the factory W58 flywheel resurfaced? The factory flywheel will be suffice, especially on a turbo car. Lightened flywheels can cause issues especially since you can easily reach the limits of the W58 if you are planning on going BPU.

I actually wanted to go this route in the first place. My mechanic (a friend) is advising against since my car has 200K original miles. So I decided to go lightweight steel (13lbs) which isn't extreme I'm thinking? Either way I still have it so no big deal might go with the factory and resurface like suggested for sure. We'll have to make a choice soon.

Ordered it alone. No biggie just wasn't prepared to have to wait 3-4 weeks. My fault for not calling before and trying to save a buck! Not being able to cancel sucked since I would have just purchased another one and had it shipped on the quick. So in short this week is a bust for me. As for the more parts comment yeah got my eye's peeled and maybe heart set on the something so unnecessary for me at this point More to come......

Thanks AZ. Just have to purchase 235\35 set for the fronts and swap the 255's from the front wheels now to the back. Even if i could make these fit i'm thinking they'll have to much grip for me right now. Ideally i'd like 235\35 for the front and 265\35 for the rear!

I just picked up a 92 SC today actually and looking to do the same swap using my W58 until a nice R154 pops up. When i was looking at the Megan mounts how do you know what to buy? The Supra and SC300 are apparently different or are they just labeled different? I also looked at the Tweaked harness and its and awesome idea but i can see how $1100 makes people take a different route but peace of mind and ease of install are sometimes worth it. Does anyone know if you can use a USDM ECU on a JDM engine or is it all different? I have noticed the auto swaps are cheap and finding an auto ECU is a little easier than finding a manual ECU unless its a USDM ECU. Just a few questions i have out of curiosity. Good luck with your build. I'm excited to watch it come together!

Absolute crap by my standards! Tiny dings and chipped paint everywhere but nothing big thankfully. The car is straight and all original body panels by the looks. That's what i went off before i got her. Body and paint will most likely be tackled sometime next year after the winter.
