9/30/13 UPDATE
Just wanted to let everyone know that my project is officially on hold. Been so busy with school lately that I literally forgot I was even building my car. Anyway. Just gonna be lurking and keeping up with peoples' builds on my down time. As far as parts gathering goes, I wont be doing any of that again until May of 2014. So basically I'm looking to finish this by the end of next summer. More time to save. More time to read. Goodluck to everyone else currently in the na-t process.

Back on the hunt for parts. Some questions.
For oil feed and return what sizes are recommended for a PTE 6376?
Already getting a manifold..divided but its fine. And soon to order a GTE head gasket with ARP headstuds and maybe even a GTE denso fuel pump.

So I did a test fit of the turbo on the manifold and the turbine housing is touching the XSPOWER badge on the most front runner. It sits flush and I'm sure after tightening it down it'll sit fine. Does the turbine housing being in contact with the runner pose a serious issue? Also the wastegate flange size is way off. Going to need to find a flange for a Tial Sport 4-bolt wastegate if anyone has one let me know. Thanks.

That's common on those manifolds. Some people use a "spacer" to lift up the turbo and give you more clearance which is what I did or you have to do some fabrication on runner #1. I would try option 1 first, usually that solves the problem.
For the gate flange you can find them on fleebay for a couple bucks or contact Tail direct and get one from them. Either way you will need to cut off the exciting one and weld on the right flange. Or if its possible just weld the new flange on to the exciting one. But make sure it will bolt on all the way and to match the ports before welding it on.

Also what turbo did you go with? I would go with a -3 feed line and -10 return. using -4 with a restrictor is basically the same thing as using a -3 line.

Yeah I just called a performance shop here in town and they said they could do it they have a metal fabrication guy. Adding a spacer to lift the turbo sounds good and I'll order a flange from ebay soon. Its a PTE 6376. There should be pictures on page 4.
Edit: After trying to test fit the turbo to the manifold I noticed it really does not sit flush at all due to runner #1 hitting the turbine housing. I'm first going to try at rotate the housing if that does not work then I'll just add a spacer.
