I like the 1j a lot, the only thing that sucks is finding parts for it haha. To be honest the nittos are probably a slightly better track tire, where as mine are probably a little better for daily driving.
Im from flint, about an hour north of detroit if you don't know where it is.

You can't really go wrong with either... the 1JZ might be a little more cost effective in the end. You'll love the coilover and tire combo though. The springs are a bit stiff for a dd but it doesn't bother me at all.

The car has been down for a while for a small project...
In the downtime I sold my MB's and got a set of these
17x9 Saleen reps
Loaded everything into the truck and got the tires mounted today
I plan on bleeding my brakes again and giving my ugly calipers a coat of paint so I havent had the car on the ground with the new wheels yet. But they look like they fit a lot better.

Its a 3in to 3 1/2 in exhaust. Sounds pretty good for how cheap it is. I don't have many pics of the instal but i will have some pics of the mods needed to make it fit on the SC seeing as it's a Supra exhaust.

Well over the past few weeks I've been working on the biggest projects for the car. On the way to class I blew a coolant line for the rear turbo. Luckily my friend Scott was able to give me a tow home.
The next time I drove the car after I replaced the line The rear turbo lost a seal and starting blowing oil everywhere
So I removed the factory twins.
Here's a ig box of now useless OEM turbo junk.
After removing the turbos I discovered that the rear turbo had lost a fin off of the exhaust wheel. I suspect that when I lost the coolant line this turbo got too hot and the fin cracked off.
