Don't use paint brush. Ull be better off resandin the nicked area and go back over with the caliper paint then Clear it. U always wanna clear it because it could mess up more and be harder to wash and keep clean if u clear it sooner then later its better protection for the paint.

I just thought it would be easier to touch up with a brush than to respray. I was going to spray some of the paint in a cup after I sand the chips down.

When you touch stuff with a brush it doesn't look them same, comesout different.

Considering the distance most people will be viewing the calipers from I would imagine it wouldn't be a huge difference. I did see a Youtube video where the guy cut the bristles down to half before painting.

True but if was togo to a carshow they look at every detail and tp make sure its damn near perfect.

Lol, well I'm def not doing car shows. Just sprucing up my ride to my tastes but I'm going to take care of this in the next couple of days. Got to let my knees rest a bit.

Found a decent Trunk Lip Spoiler. Wat yall think keep black or paint same as car? They will paint it for me when I order it.
