this is one of the few times I think SEM is a good way to go, its already looking so much better, man how do people let their interiors get so bad ?

Thanks to all my fellow SC thread followers. I appreciate all the comments. More pictures coming. I spent over 2 hours trying to get the other two SC's from the backyard. They were stuck.. Anyway, back on point.

That's all for tonight. I ran out of heat, dang it. More to follow. Once the painting gets done, the rest of it should go much faster...All of these have four coats on them now.

Excellent work man! The interior is going to look great once it's complete.

If you ever get bored, you can come out to Oklahoma City and dye my tan interior black too.

Looks good bro. I just googled SEM Landau Black and they aint cheap. Can you already share how many Cans of SEM to do the whole interior? And can the seats still be treated w/ leather conditioner?
Thanks.

So far I have ordered five cans and used 3 of them. I still have to do the both upper trim panels, the door handles, both door panels, headliner, center console with lid, and the front seats with the trim pieces. I am sure it will not be enough. . I also have to do the backing of the seats. I am going to cut the nets off, they look terrible anyway plus he doesnt use them. For the carpet I am going to use the Rit dye from Walmart. That will take about 3-4 bottles of the liquid. I am not evening ckeaning the carpet before hand, just a good vacuum and then start spraying with the hot water through my pump up sprayer. I got to figure out a way to repair it on the passenger side. I have an idea but we will see how it goes. I will come up with something. Sone of the underside plastic pieces have come off so I need to do that as well. I am going to try and fix everything that the previous owner left out. This is why I am doing all the interior lighting, cluster, and so on while I have it out. It should turn out very nice once I am done. The next thing will prolly be the speaker pods all the way around or the dynamat everywhere. The door panel repairs will then be next. I also still need to pull the headliner and spray it. I was going to do that today but the rain just won't stop.

Oh yeah the seats cant be treated with nothing.. no armor all or conditioner. I did a thread like 2 weeks ago about this and SEM said to do nothing to it but respray if needed. I highly doubt it will ever come to that. I have done mine and it has been great for over 2-3 years now.

Looking good dude! My door handle is done for as well, but it appears as though the one you got is also about to snap as well. Might want to keep an eye on it since it already shows the stress crack indention. They all break the same way.

Nice makeover!
