Question, did you paint the brown parts with the white lettering, or did you buy black replacement pieces? Like the radio "VOL POWER" Label for example. Thanks

Very good question. I actually painted over the seat buttons ones. He had already installed the black volume **** and temperature and hazard button. I just changed the back lighting to LEDS.

It came out beautiful man, good job. I wish I had another car so I could take my SC off the road and fix every detail like you did. In fact those are my plans, I want to buy a Kawasaki Ninja for the summer and completely go over everything on my car.

Thats the best way to fix anything. This car was alot of work to me, but overall Jay is still happy with it. Motorcycles are great gas savors, but man what death machines they are. Change lanes, car doesnt see you, and BAMMM, hit on concrete or in a tree.

I appreciate the positive comments.

I casually stumbled into this thread and could not stop until I had seen/read every page! The transformation, attention to detail and documentation is mesmerizing if you love these cars. Thank you for taking so many pictures. Thank you for sharing this job. I just can't imagine pulling this off.

I am glad you enjoyed the transformation. Towards the end I was just as excited as I was when I first started. I havent seen the car but one other time since I finished it. It was dark outside. There is a few more things I have to do for Jay. Readjust the front bumper for a better fit. He tells me the headlights are a little off still. Install the high beams, his new needle, and one part on the inside of the dash I forgot. Nothing too hard but I want it 100% right. I am awaiting his old rims and tires. He is actually giving them to me when his new set arrives. I could actually rock those Axxis when I get tired of my G35's. Thanks for the comment. ...

And when you're tired of those G35s...I'll be waiting.
