did you have to chop off anything on the gfx lip? (e.g. shorten the long pieces that supposedly go into bumper)

I didn't cut anything everything was a almost perfect fit , I used lots of 3m and screws on the bottom

very nice. where did u get the pedal covers from? it even has a cover for the emergency break pedal.
