Default RS LS460L Build Thread

I've been a CL member for about a year and I've had my 2008 LS for a while now, but haven't really done anything with it. So I figured, if I put up a build thread....I might actually start my mods that I've been itching to do.

So the plan for now is:

1. Wheels & Tires
2. Data Systems Controller
3. DAR Roof Spoiler - Dar Trunk Spoiler (Not 100% sure of the spoiler yet)
4. Tint the windows

Here's what my LS looks like right now:

I ordered these wheels about 2 weeks ago, I've got another 2 week wait before there ready.

AC Forged 313 (3 Piece)
(f) 22x9 - 245/35/22
(b) 22x10.5 - 295/30/22 or 275/30/22 (not sure yet which size)

Great start, excellent choice on the wheels, i did have a quick question and a suggestion. 1. The drivetrain of your LS is it AWD or RWD? If its AWD may i suggest running a F:255/30/22 & R:305/25/22 this setup is perfect for the AWD or if you have already purchased the F:245/30/22 then your rears would need to be 295/25/22 both of those setups gives just about the same overall rolling diameter, which will help to keep everything in line (drivetrain). However, if you have a RWD then i suggest a 295/25/22 in rear (if the 245's are already purchased) the 295 will give you a better look over 275's plus the 275's just aren't wide enough if you are going for the stagged look( which im pretty sure that you are). Back to the 255/305 combo this setup will give you a much smoothier ride compared to the 245/295 combo and a little bit more protection against bumps/unexpected potholes that come out of nowhere( I have owned both combos and the 255/305 gives a much better ride and look). This is just my spill, and only a suggestion when you get a chance check out the wheel and tire thread

Thanks for the advice! That was the explanation I was hoping to get...I truly appreciate it...I will definitely look over the wheel and tire thread. Oh, and my LS is a RWD.

Thanks bro....I couldn't beat the price on these, they were the least expensive 3 piece on the market for new wheels.
