Robert@MVPMotorsports.com - he's a vendor here on the forum (Chops@MVP) so it may or may not be a CL discount. Just a heads up.

Not sure exactly what you're looking for, but shoot him a PM. He always responds quickly.

When I bought my Wise bumper from LALEX, he was also selling some authentic RMM sides. I didn't buy them and later got the itch for sideskirts. So I bought RMM/XPLOSION replicas from extreme dimensions. I thought they couldn't be that bad, boy what a mistake I made. This is how they came out the box.

I go to test fit them and they fit worse than garbage. Both skirts are 1/2" short as well as the other problems below. The passenger skirt also had a bow in the bottom.

So then, how do I try to fix this junk because shops would laugh at me and ED wouldn't take it back. I sprayed some "great stuff" polyurethane foam on the short end and cut and sanded it down to shape. Then I had to trim the top side of the driver skirt straight. I put 2 part epoxy over the foam to harden it up some. I then used 3M plastic metal (whatever that is) to cover the foam and to build up the areas where there were gaps.

Then I put 3M plastic bumper repair epoxy over the plastic metal (had to use whatever I could find at Walmart).

Then I just gave them to my painter and just told him bondo, sand them, and do the best you can. Also note that these go over the OEM skirt and you would normally screw them in on each end. Because they are short I had to cut the front of the OEM skirt off and there is nothing to screw into. It still flops around on the front end a little and I need to find a way to secure it better.

Wow, those turned out really good! I can't believe they turned out that great considering how they started.

Did you try messaging the Extreme Dimensions rep that's on this forum? I can't imagine a company would deliver crap products to customers on a forum where they have a presence and then say "Too bad, so sad" when the forum member/customer complains...

Anyway, the whole car looks really great, man. That Wise bumper is absolute magic.

Yes I did contact the rep. They agreed it was terrible and said that "customer should not be expected to fix that". Well he puts me in contact with the department that handles claims. They tell me a "reputable shop can fix that, we offer $50 towards repairs". Are you kidding me? No shops around here would touch these things. I asked for $70 to at least cover most of the epoxy and crap i had to buy to try to fix, but i intended on having these for a while. That foam is going to deteriorate over time. They should have given me a full refund including shiping considering the condition these things came in. Guess they don't care about their reputation. I have had replica parts before and they have been fine. After seeing extreme dimensions deliver this and only offer a partial refund, I will never buy anything from them again. I was thinking about getting a rear bumper before I experienced this. I wouldn't dare now considering they can't make a simple sideskirt. So to end my rant, yes their attitude is "too bad so sad". They ship you what they want and you deal with it.

Wow, that sucks. Sounds like I won't be buying anything from them.

Hello,

Looking at the notes on my system it looks like my CS department asked you if you wanted to keep the parts, to which you said yes....

You received 70.00 credit on 99.00 skirts, which you agreed to. That's not a bad deal.
