The switches finally came in so I made a simple switch panel. Most of the wiring is done as well. Tonight I'll be checking all the systems.
I still need to figure out how to label the switches. If anyone has a suggestion please let me know!
From left to right the switches are: linelock>NX Purge>NX Arm>NX Heater> T-Brake, Linelock Arm>Trans brake Momentary switch on the shifter handle.

All systems are hot. Went over all the wiring, doubled checked all ground and hot leads and everything checked out. The next thing to do is to get the AEM setup so it can trigger the nitrous when certain conditions are met. When I return from vacation, I will rent a dyno and have my tuner do a remote tune to get the auto dialed in and get the aem working with the nitrous.
Short video of the purge system working. For now, this is how I will run it. I may route the purge line behind the intercooler instead of dumping the nitrous to atmosphere. But I may just leave it. Thanks to my little bro for helping me out!
And the bottle ice cold. I store the bottle in the freezer I have in my garage for safe keeping. If the battle gets to warm, it could potentially blow up so I rather have it cold in my garage. When I want to use it, Ill leave out in the sun for a bit, than strap it down on the bottle bracket heater.

Shane,
The one thing that gets me about that is, I wont know if all of the air is cleared from the lines. As you can see in the second clip, a lot of trapped air are in the lines followed by a nice stream of nitrous. By running them to the intercooler, I wont really know if I get all the air out. Second, running about 3+ foot of hard line to the intercooler would also cause me to purge longer and essentially "waste" nitrous.
Hope this all makes sense. Just my logical thinking coming into play. I may run a temporary line to test it an see how well it works and go from there.

It does look nice and clean with out labels but it gets a little confusing lol. I don't want to active the wrong button on accident and have something go wrong. I made some labels that I need to put to see how it looks. So stand by for that.
As for the purge, I will talk with my tuner Lawrence to see if its worth routing that way. But like I said, I don't like the idea of not knowing if I got all the air out of the lines.

Finally finished the mechanical part of the NX system.
Welded some material on the charge pipe than drilled and tapped for 1/8" npt port for the nozzle. I didnt have a bung so I just added some filer rod to the pipe and she was good to go.
And for some Eye candy!
And a teaser shot of what the car is getting put on today... My buddy at Ryan R&R Motorworks is getting the new tire setup installed and adjusting the ride height.

Yes, they are going on the ccw's. These are M&H drag radails. Not ideal for daily driving but well see how they do.
Here are a few shots.
I really need to get my 97 sides and rear bumper painted and put on.. Maybe ill try an do it myself for now.
I did have to raise the car a bit so it wouldn't rub..
