Iirc, took me 15mins to swap my flasher to an electric one... Got it at my local parts store, just asked for a LS400 flasher and then asked if they had a electric/Low load version. Sure enough they did and was only ~$10!

I'd look around. But shop prices are always high to me. I'm a mechanic at a dealership and it does cost but if you want the job done right that's a ok price. Getting a lot done w it.
