off topic but you need to lower the front more to match the back.....or radius the rears. just my $.02
Agreed. The front will never be as tucked as the rear because the wheel arch is much lower in the back than front. But I like that rear tucked look so I wont be radius-ing. Currently fully air'd out the rear of my skirt is 0.5" off the ground and the front of my skirt is 2.0" . But I dont want to cut a hole in my shock tower so I will be getting the S9 short knuckle soon which should drop my front by 1.5" so that my side skirt will sit evenly. The rear will still be more tucked but at least will sit evenly
Man I've had my paddle shifters sitting in my glove box since October. My guy is scared to tackle it. He keeps asking for a wiring diagram of the steering wheel. And I already had the e-shift. The plugs are there in the wheel .
Dude I'm no mechanic or electrical wizard but this mod was pretty damn easy. The hardest part was making the brackets finding out where to drill and tap the holes in the frame of the steering wheel so that they don't hit the combo switch when turning. The wiring was the easiest part. It's only 2 steps. Cut wire going to buttons and tap to the paddle instead. DONE! If your mechanic can't figure that out I would maybe recommend getting a new one

Yeah Thomas' GS4 pure sex. It's my favorite build on the board.

I'm not sure how much lower you're really going to get even with shorter knuckles. I have Nagisa uppers which clear the towers, but when aired out the frame rails just sit on top of the tires. Here's a quick picture w/ 20's:
This is one of the main reasons I tell people not to bother cutting ugly holes...
I've seen those Mercedes style ones but not my cup of tea. They also make the new Lexus LS style ones too. But I think the ones I have seem more period to the vehicle. Sometimes newer style can throw the look off too. I really like the ones I'm using
Here's couple desktop size rig shots I took this past summer. Llast photos I took before putting her to sleep for the winter. Get ready for 3.0 coming soon
I have a 01 430 and want to do this.
I don't have the e-shift so how would i activate the shifting modes?
is there a diagram of the ecu for the up/ down pins?
and where can i get the clock spring for the wheel? dealer or online?
thanks
