Ignition and fuel map iirc are also a little different .

I like map snsor setup because it's easier to deal with , plus i alot of people don't like the maf in front of the turbo.
I don't have any experience with maf sensor on boosted application, i always convert from maf to map

Is the XS downpipe you have you different from the one DM offers? It looks similar and has the same useless bungs that I have at the bottom of my downpipe. Just curious

Also, where did you source the manifold from and how was the quality and fitment?
The XSpower manifold and downpipe had great fitment. The downpipe i was able to bolt right on with a 1 inch adapter i made with two exhaust flanges

Op nice progress!

I am going to make some recommendation if you don't mind ..those coil wires are junk they come apart , i bought the same one and after 1 hour drive they were done, so i just got a brand new set from toyota.
If you want the toyota part number i'll give it to you.

Everything else looks amazing ! keep it up
Thanks really? The part number would be nice ill just go and order them just in case.. Thanks

The usdm is great for a 400-500hp setup since it uses the 550cc injectors while the jdm uses the 440cc injectors.. One thing i dont like is that it uses a maf and a map while jdm only uses map+iat

For those who were wondering.. This is how i got my downpipe bolted up to my stock mid pipe. I had to use two of these flanges and some longer bolts and worked great

Got my Front facing intake manifold made by Xspower and clubna-t. Honestly i love it so far.. Going to be picking up a q45 throttle body for it tomorrow and going to mount my stock tps sensor on the q45 using driftmotion's tps adaptor.

What progress the last few days. Looks good man. I heard that the stock intake manifold supports more air by volume than any aftermarket. Is this true? I kinda think that is hard to believe due to so many people using aftermarket. Why would someone change it if it would not perform up to the specs?

What made you put the gauges in the woodgrain versus buying a a pillar post? Just curious, looks really good man.
