Glad to see you making progress on this! I remember you had been collecting turbo parts at the end of last year..
You using a twin scroll rear housing on that turbo?? I ask because it seems your using a divided manifold since it has a wg tube for both the front and rear banks.
The MC thrust should last, but you still gotta watch how you harsh you bang 1-to-2, especially with that xtreme PP.
I'm also running the same Evolution FW with an Act 6puck/PP and it's a ***** in traffic. Very drivable once you get used to it, but the engagement window is super short and you gotta rev it up quite a bit to be able to slip it in 1st. But the motor does drop/re-rev nicely with it, and the accel response is great if you keep the revs up. An obvious difference from the stock FW.

update 08-12-12
got tired of the ugly old bent lower radiator support so i decided to cut it up and weld up a new one with brackets
from crashing into a curb
a little blue dont hurt!
New A/C condenser installed
Radiator and Fans in!
Intercoolers all mounted!
and now the oil cooler
