Not anymore since my newer 22s have a lower offset up front. I am not interested in body work or excessive fitment so no spacers required anymore for the deuces and they fit flush enough for me. My old CV1 wheel was 35mm offset so the 15mm spacer made it a 20mm which fit perfectly for my goal. The rear 38mm with 305/25 tire rubs slightly at level 5 or lower so that's good enough for me. These stocks are 32mm offset so the 15mm up front makes it 17mm and rear 20mm spacer makes it 12mm. Just need to put them back on to have them sit more even with fender edge

Update for July 2014
Well, after over a combined 50K miles driven on my previous Vossen CV1 and CV4 wheels on my previous LS460 and current LS600hL with absolutely no issues, I wanted something different this time around as far as wheel finishes go. So I decided to stay in the #TeamVossen family and go for their new VFS2 series wheel in Gloss Graphite finish. I ordered some new Delinte Thunder D7 tires in 255/30/22 and 305/25/22 sizes ($476 for set of 4 delivered to the house) via a local ATL wholesaler and waited for these to arrive. Had them mounted up and balanced with a Road Force balancer and I couldn't be happier with how the car rides. They feel a little lighter than my previous wheels as I was taking them out of the box also.
I always do my mods just for me, but when I do get compliments from others it always is nice to hear and there have been a steady stream of compliments since I had these mounted. The car certainly looks more aggressive and it seems that the oem wheel trend is leading to more darker style wheels these days. As you all know, i am somewhat conservative and I really enjoy an OEM looking wheel, just bigger and wider than our pizza slicer 7.5" or 8" wide oem wheels we have. These certainly complete the aggressive look I was hoping for!!
Here are some pics.

Super good looking, CJITTY. I am impressed. You've got my kinda taste
I've just purchased my first Lexus ('silver 07 LS460-L Executive) with 35k miles and am excited. Big change from my Euro history!... I still have my FI VR6 Corrado in the garage-LOL.
I'm certain I'll be leaning on CL members for some insight as the months/years roll on...
Cheers,
-Adam (my first official post )
