Default New Build: Mkll GS 1JZ + R154 + HX35

Hi dudes..

I'm new here, been searchIng through the forum looking for ECU Pinout diagrams and lists of each pin.. Found some info regarding jzs161 & IS300 pinouts being similar.. I have all these saved and iv listed my car loom up going with the IS300 list of pinouts, really hope this is right....

My car is a JZS160 UK Spec 2JZGE..(RHD)
I have a 1JZGTE currently sat in the car with my R154 attached to it.. I'm using the Alu engine mounts that came on the 1j out of a jzx90, and I'm using the rubber engine mounts from an Altezza as they are shorter and put the engine very low down. Also welded 6mm plate to the top of the subframe and redrilled the slots further back. iv had to cut and weld my jzx sump to get the engine this low and far back.
Iv welded a plate into the bulkhead and mounted an Altezza Clutch Pedal Assy.
Iv also used an Altezza Brake Servo, Master Cyl, & Pedal and making new brake lines with my hydro handbrake and proportioning valve.
This is an all out drift car I'm building and plan on competing in it next year.

I'm tackling the massive wiring job at the moment.
Iv cut a lot out the original car loom, all the ABS, Traction, Airbags, Aircon, all the bullshít is gone... Also pulled most the car loom back inside the car, labeled everything with the Pinout list I have.. I want most the interior and dash lights & tacho to work so now iv labeled everything it makes it easier to cut out what I don't need and wire up what I do need.
The JZX Engine loom im using puts the ecu inside the car so working towards getting it all wired inside the glovebox or somewhere out the way.

If anyone can help with ecu Pinout lists that would be great and much appreciated.

Iv also made a start at modifying my front hub assembly. I'm fitting modified Altezza front hubs & steering knuckles, this will give more lock and iv fitted lock spacers so I'll have mega lock, more caster and shorter upright to correct angle of upper wishbone, and getting 3 degrees of Negitive camber. Also fitting SuperPro bushes, & RCA's.
I'm using SXE10 HKS HyperMax Pro coilovers, these are about 3" shorter than JZS16x struts so lower the car quite a bit without having to wind the coilovers all the way down.

Anyway, hope I can get the wiring sorted, and I'll keep you guys updated if you want?

Cheers dudes

Dale

805Aristo, those connectors have 4 rows of pins, mine has only 3 rows.
I'm have found this which is helping http://www.scribd.com/doc/75134581/L...rvice-manual-2
And I have a 2001 IS300 Pinout diagram and list of pins, most looks correct apart from the wires not being the same colour as the list says it should be.

I don't really have any good pictures yet.. Usually I have project threads on another forum but I wanted to get this one done on the quiet and make a build tread when the car is finished. I do have a build thread on ClubAristo but not much in it. I'll take some pictures tomorrow

This picture should please you guys though.. My old Soarer with purple & white Work VS-XX's 17x9 & 18x10... My GS 160 just after I fitted the coilys, can't afford decent wheels... And my friends GS 147, that's sat on stock Soarer suspension and 18" SSR Viennas... The black S14 there has an LS2.. a rare thing in the uk...
