Dude just use a GPS speedometer sensor

OR you could do away with your OEM cluster and make your own using Summit Hut gauges.

I am doing this swap right now and it is pretty straight forward and check this - like 4 grand CHEAPER than installing an R154.

I am doing mine on an SC400 though, mind you. Hope that helps.

That GPS sensor is exactly what I use. Works fine, unless you're on a dyno, lol
