Well I didn't do much today, got new 3rd brake light bulbs and brake light bulbs because the 'light out' dash light comes on when I press my brakes, also ordered new trunk struts because I hate using my head to hold it up when I get stuff out of it. Haha. Here's the link for the struts.

I ordered new tail lights tonight (1995 OEM style of course) and went to pick up brakes. I noticed when I turn sometimes or am going straight, it sounds like the car is a train, so I jacked it up and shook all the wheels to make sure the wheel bearings weren't out and they are good, so my brakes were squeaking and are low so I'm thinking it most likely is them. I will put them on as soon as I get my lock key for the wheels that I ordered since I do not have one with my car!

Well I got the new brakes on and new lock key. It was probably the easiest brake job I have ever done. Now just waiting on other parts to come. I will post pics of OEM 95 tails when they come!

Pictures tonight of strut install. I also was wondering if anyone could help with were to buy a 95 or 96 SC climate control. No luck in the classifieds, and everything on eBay seems to be not for a 95 or 96. I also don't have $300 to blow. I took apart the center console today (pics later as well), and the part number I got for my climate control was 55902-24020.

Well time for a small update. I ordered a new climate control unit, as well as a new radio because mine is weird sometimes. I also have new 95 tails coming in this week as well. I'm hoping to start ordering parts for my engine tune-up soon as well. Here are pics too as promised of previous posts!

New Trunk Struts!!!!

Working trunk!!! That's right, be very jealous!

Removed radio and climate control unit to get part numbers for ordering.

Unit removed.

Part number for my climate control unit.

That is all for now. I also did a small engine bay clean-up. More pics this week of parts that come!

Well I got my radio today, but the faceplate was broken..... I guess I will swap out my old one with the new one and put the old faceplate on..... Not too happy about that.

i found out at school on Mitchel on demand . it is the telephone transceiver cable on the back plug the cable color is violet. that is for the telephone that came with some models stranded i have a spot on my window for the cable to screw into. all i have to do is trace the wire from the radio to the trunk and find or create a connector for my phone..

Well I'm not too happy tonight. I was able to transfer my faceplate off my old radio to my new radio I ordered, and when it was all together and done, I plugged in my cassette and it did not work and it got stuck in there. So I'm done for tonight and I will tear it apart again tomorrow to try and fix it. I was also able to make my old radio work with the new face plate with a small crack in it, so I might post that for sale, or else I might return my new not working unit and try and completely fix my old one. UGH.
