ahh okay. yeah i've always entertained the idea of an SC430..more than a GTE swapped GS..maybe if/when I get bigger house.
I do miss cruising with the top down ever since I get rid of my S2000 more than a decade ago from now. Kudos to you for diversifying..maybe next would be your GTE boat..lol =)

RM2 needs a good paint job but it now has a good stance with its 305 / 35R18 tires, full black interior , AC poly body kit and a black themed 2jzgte power plant . A good diffuser plus the stock 92 spoiler will make it look better . Pretty sure who ever will eventually own it will be happy if indeed I will part with it which I believe will be hard for me after all the hard work I put into it.
waiting for a buddy to arrive so he can drive the RM2 and I take the BP for a 60 mile drive . I wanted to test all the 3 Denso TT pumps and the Weldon 2345a individually on the BP . Haven't driven it on a longer trip since I have installed my Moonshine Still laboratory in the trunk .

I bought them from Advance Auto Parts ... forgot the name .. but you will find it there .
It is same as what I have on RM1 (Red Mamba One) . You can use them either on the left or right pillar with minor trimming .

For BP (Black Pearl) there would be no individual gauges on the pillars , I would take out that 97 gauge cluster ... and install a Motec CDL3 Dash Logger as my all in one gauge on that cluster gauge area . All dash info will come from the Motec ECU .
Today I did some HID wiring for the head and fog lights which I would install on the BP and the OMT tomorrow .

I think , I have reached a point in which I have to make a decision on which SCs to keep in my barn since I am really decided to search for an SC430 now and do a 2jzgte VVTi 6 speed V160 swap . It will be nice to have a convertible again but with a 2jzgte v160 6speed and complete my 2jzgte SC collection .....pre97 , +97 and SC430. I can't seem to wrap my mind on giving up any of my 4 Supra MKIVs with V160 6 speeds right now since cars with the V160 are going no where but higher in prices at the moment . So thinking of letting go 2 of my SCs with auto trans . Keeping two SCs as my sleepers are more than enough , one with V160 6 speed and one with ATF Built A340 (am even thinking of converting this to a V160 6 speed now because of the value it adds to the car and I doubt that ATF Built A340 will last long with the power and torque I am making on the OMT now and I haven't even turn it up all the way).
And it is a no brainer I guess that I would have to keep the two that are set up to belong to the +1000rwhp club .... BP (Black Pearl) and OMT (Old Man Tan). I am moving my other AC Poly-urethane body kit to the OMT. Both RM1 and RM2 at one point in time have to go in one way or another.
Some pictures I just took of the BP . I am still waiting for a rear diffuser from APTech so I can get this thing painted and install my Weld RT-S drag wheel/tires setup. Common Irving , let us get one done now .....
How can you give up a rare original 1997 5speed Black on Black SC300 1 of 120 with 115k miles ? You just can't
. This car was meant to be mine for keeps I guess. I was trying to buy this from somebody but someone got it. Then after a year this someone had so many people on this forum interested with it when he was selling it . Rey (pogikoSC4) and I happened to be at Hooters drinking and talking about SCs for sale. I decided to give the owner an offer through text messaging while I was already tipsy I guess. We were just playing around and betting that I won't be able to get it. If I get it , he pays for our Hooters check otherwise I will, lmaol. It was just a game . At that time I really didn't need it cause I already had 3 SCs. He answered back and said come and pick it up. Had to honor my offer so I gave a deposit and scheduled the pickup from another state. Since I really didn't need it , the next day after I picked it up, delivered it to my friend Aaron, then bought it back after some time... let it sit around for a year then offered it for sale as a shell in which four people , members here, said will get it but never picked it up..... sat more than a year again . Now it has a 2jzgte VVTi 6 speed ... and eventually will have one of the sickest setup in any Lexus SC. It already has a Moonshine Still Lab in the trunk and plumbed up to the engine bay for its fuel setup that could easily support +2000rwhp on E85 using the best of the best fuel system parts out there now 
. I reckon this car was meant for me so for now it will have the GERRB tag , not unless I am offered a price I can't refuse . Everything has a price tag as they used to say. Though it is not going anywhere cheap is all I can say 
. I can't even believe I offered to sell this shell last year for $2k 
. cause I got tired of my wife telling me it is a junk car since it was just a shell then... not running. Am just glad now , nobody among those who said will take it , picked it up and went through with the transaction when I was decided to let go of it.

Well , having 3 SCs with black interiors , since I am letting go of RM2 , I have just converted it to Black and Tan interior. It will be sold with this interior. I have started to scale it back to more stock so it's price is more reasonable for more people. After all nobody is gonna pay you good for an SC regardless of what you put into it.
I am looking for a Lexus SC430 so I can have an SC convertible with a 2jzgte. I can either sell or trade this RM2. I am not particular of the year or car mileage of the SC430 as long as it has a clean white exterior and interior , mechanically sound and most of all clean title. I don't even care if it is running or not.
Everything done on this RM2 is on this thread ... no surprises and nothing to hide. Whoever gets to own this car will not regret it. This car was done right ..... with Viper Alarm and Remote Start.
The 2jzgte engine on this car is not just an ordinary aristo swap . It was actually completely over hauled (documented on this build thread)..... every part of the jdm swap ... intake , exhaust and turbos, all accessories , block and head disassembled to the last bolt and nut , cleaned , honed , new rings, new bearings , new ARP main , ARP rod bolts , ARP head studs , new head gasket , new oil pump , new water pump , all seals are new, everything that needed replaced where replaced with new parts. . I just replaced the ATF built A340 trans with a TT Auto Trans. I will either sell the ATF built A340 separately or if I go auto on the Lexus SC430 ... will use it.
A good friend actually is interested on the longblock of RM1 to put into his S14 240sx. If I sell that longblock from RM1 then this car more likely won't go anywhere since I truly love this car .... simple and yet very reliable. Been a daily driver for me. If I do that , then I will have 2 ATF built A340 transmissions laying around.. hhmmm... that makes me think that I might as well go auto with the Lexus SC430. After all it won't be a speed car but a cruising car with the top down.

??? going to the trash ! only reason why I want an SC430 is to have a convertible once again , complete my 2jzgte SC collection .... so it has to have a 2jzgte on it .
that club discourages a lot of would be thieves ..lmaol. It is more of a psychological effect seeing it. The car has a Viper Alarm on it .
Been installing the Auto Couture Poly-Urethane Body kit on the OMT since that car being a member of the +1000rwhp club is staying with me.
My daughter are up North for the July 4th with us in our place there. Her husband bought a new Tacoma and now the color is tempting .... I wonder if it will look good on the SC ..... Old Man Tan into this color code 4X0... burnt Orange . All my kids are telling me to give up that OMT color..lmaol.

Not a fan of Toyota trucks so a Nice New Black Silverado to go with Black Pearl if I need to tow it on a trailer . I love the GMCs and CHEVYs for my trucks or SUVs so wherever they get me stranded on a long trip there would always be parts or shops that can work on them since they are domestics
