I have no problems wiring the proEFI . In fact I already had started the car with the proEFI . It's the tune / maps and all the other features of proEFI that I need to learn and implement. My motto now since my bad experiences of getting other people work on my cars is " I am not playing with anything I can't work on." . So since I decided to use a proEFI , I should be ale to get the car at least running decently without nitrous just like it is running good up to 19 psi on AEM right now on pump gas. Today , I just learned how to implement on the fly E85 blending on AEM so I can pump whichever is available. I feel the car definitely more powerful with E85 in the tank.

I just feel that , I really need to install the BW 74mm now ... but spool is a lot better now with the 67mm on E85 blend
You and Omar with your 74mm snails!

Good deal, you may very well have your set up with the ProEFI on and tuned before mine!

It didn't take much to get me talked into going E85 blend.lol

btw - those headlights came out pretty nice.

Thanks !!! Haven't slapped the 74mm yet. I am still loving the Billet 67... for me the best street turbo. On my setup , it ain't laggy and yet got the power you need on the streets.

You can't be mistaken with E85 ... you and your engine will love it .. probably not your wallet eventually .

Nah.. elbow grease. I just remember the freaking speed buffer when I was almost done. It could have probably done better.

And speaking of gauges ,now you have another gauge on your watch list when you ride with me... and it only works with AEM ecu

I told you I will let you hold it .. lmaol. Since you wanted pictures of the car , I snapped some today before cleaning it up since I am using it for my trip to the South today so I get to know how many miles per gallon it will get me on flex fuel (E85) on a 300 mile trip one way. It really badly needs some exterior love... a paint job . I will call you later while I am on the road .

That gauge looks pretty sick. Only a matter of time before someone figures out how to crack the code on that and open it up to other ECUs...

Enjoy the ride. Looking forward to seeing what kind of MPG you get as well

Crusing around 70mph from Atlanta to Columbus GA it was around 15.4 miles per gallon of E85 . From Columbus to my place in the south in and out of WOT .. it was around 10.1 miles per gallon.

Pretty much consistent with one of the MKIV which does a bit better since it is a 6 speed.

On my way back home to Atlanta , I will try 93 and see how it does on the same stretch of road with the same driving habits. This is the first time I have taken this car on a long 300 mile drive so I have no previous records.

Hey Got a question for you... looks like your using the IS300 e-fans? Is it possible for you to take some pics of the clearance between the fans and the motor and maybe some measurements mostly on the intake side? I'm thinking of running is300 fans but I want to run a 4" intake pipe going to the RMR 90mm TB But I'm not sure if it will clear. thanks!

I will take some pictures for you and measurements . With the stock TT intake manifold / throttle body , even with the stock IC piping going down from the throttle body , the shroud of the IS300 fans will be on the way. It won't work. The only way is from the throttle body you go 90 or 45 to the right and drill a hole at the back of the headlight ... which might be the same for your intake / throttle body .. but I will take pictures and measurements for you in a little while since I have the car with me here in the South.

Your clearance will also depend on the thickness of your radiator by the way .

Here you go . The clearance between the PS pulley and the shroud is around 2.5 " or 65mm . That is the clearance between the two yellow lines on my second picture. The radiator is around 60mm thick .

Thanks! Ive got the FFIM on my GE so not sure if they are the same or not but that already looks like a pretty damn tight fit. Thanks anyway. I might have to go with a slim fan setup or stay stock.

I always thought that the best electric fans where that from the IS300 otherwise you might as well stay stock fan and shroud which does the job well anyway. That at least is all based on the many write ups I read.

So does he need a 90 degree or 45 degree pipe from the throttle body towards the battery location ?
