Is there a way to make my 4.6L into a 5.0 if so, how much would it cost, how can I do it and what parts do I need (or at least where to find/buy them. I believe the LS600HL is pretty much that but not sure. Also, does anyone know how to or knows anyone that put the IS F engine or GS F engine in a LS460 or if you can

OP if you're still reading this I hope you decided not to do such a swap! In my observation, changing engines that are different from the one it came with, is asking for trouble, lots and lots of trouble! The engine, even if it fits or you make it fit, is just the tip of the iceberg to a non-OEM swap, you might wind up spending thousands of dollars worth of parts to try and make it work and then still have problems afterwards. And assuming you get it to work, what will you do if the car won't smog because of the parts you changed, and now the state smog-check system decides to fail the car because it doesn't know how to handle a car with your VIN but with a different engine?
