Smile PrLWhtGS3 interior Build page

im re-doing my interior piece by piece , i recently bought a members seats (big ty) and started it to go further cause the rest of the interior wasnt up to par here is a few pics of where im at now ., gonna start to wrap and change various pieces over the next few week , goin for two tone.. main reason=no one done it on a 2GS and i wanna try something diff .. ill post new pics as things happen--->lmk what ya think ....

Did u buy black carpet? Or did u die it?

^ lol you dont see two sets of carpets in the vehicle?

2 tone has been done already on 3 gs' i've seen on this site.

Should have cleaned your oem carpet and put it back in.OR get the cross stitch done on the carpet.. the seats are fresh, and your carpet would look fresh too.

should've been a boss!

black carpet doesn't match the interior at all....but at least stains won't show up easy

stitched carpet would be insane but costly maybe next year

im goin to change dash and door panels in near future to bring it together ... no stains but lint shows easy hah

so you bought some of Ty's interior eh? nice pick up. ive had the two tone beige and black interior on my 2IS before. i wasn't feelin it at first but it took a while to get used to. looks ok so far..just keep us posted on ur progress.

i like it!!

i would dye the center console ( shifter area under the woodgrain panels ) black to match the carpet to make it look like a bigger piece.

i always wondered how black wood will look on tan interior...OP, Nice job btw. Looks super clean.

It looks good IMO. It just sucks that the tan inteiors have the dark gray on top of the panels. If you were to do a BMW style interior (black bottom where it matters as to not show dirt) and color on top it would look stupid with tan, gray and black. If the interior were uniform in color like tan, a black bottom half/two tone would look phenomenal!

are you talking bout the dark brownish color of the dash and top half of door panels? if so thats gonna be black . might do carbon fiber or if im feeling crazy black croc print... still change my mind every other min....
