Appreciate the compliments! The rears are just shaved. Fronts I had a buddy do. Basically used an exacto-knife and cut the pastic near the edge of the fender away, then folded back all the prodruding metal.

I'm not an expert here, and hopefully somebody else can chime in, but shaving the front fenders will make them very weak (if the tire were to rub), and rolling them with a conventional roller will cause dimples.

if the metal is heated correctly and you gradually roll u should not get dimples but i would prefer a professional to do it, but much shops wont touch.

So basically shaving the rears and rolling the fronts correctly is the way to go? That sounds reasonable. There is a guy that does all of my fender work and he is really a pro at it so I shouldn't worry much.

In my past experience, I only roll and tuck the front like Jason said. The rear are shaved. I haven't seen dimple when doing the front myself.

I myself shave both front & rears but that's just me..
Another way to prevent the dimples when rolling fenders is to just cut the part where the screw & plastic that holds it together on the fender out & then roll the fender..no dimples since the part of the fender which causes the dimples will be gone..

How would the fender liner stay on if you cut the part where the tab goes to hold the liner? Any pics?
