The mechanical goal for new build will be summed up in one word.... EFFICIENCY!

My builder, to be left unnamed, made 600whp on his na-t build on only 19psi of boost, so we decided since we're going with a full build to improve on his build where he saw possible. The goal of my car is to make the power, make it QUICK and hold it to red line.

We're at 9:2-9:5:1 compression so we should be spooling pretty early, well at least a few hundred rpms earlier than the stock 8:5:1 c/r, so a ball park of full boost by 3800rpm +/ and with the upgraded oil pump, revving to 8200 should allow a nice rpm range of about 4000rpms of full power when tuned. Well, thats what we're expecting if not better. But time will tell... more to come

The engine has been blue printed and balanced. Documented clearances withing two thousands of an inch and received a rating of 700-950hp.

My guy did them in his living room, probably while drinking a beer. The complete leather interior is for 699 on leatherseats.com's site but they also have an ebay store, i was lucky enough to get my complete interior for 425 i think it was.

.
Hmmm, clearances "within" .002" can't be right. Some clearances ARE .002", so to be "within" .002" could mean anything between .000-.004" The block and head sure do look nice though.

Why is the builder a secret?

your original post said you got 9.0:1 pistons. where did the 9.2-9.5 come from? just curious.

also, are you planning on running e85?

Probably from deck and head milling.
