A little work done. Relocated wire harness under drivers fender. It was pretty close to be rubbing. Started deadening doors. They were leaking at the original plastic. More to do there. Started on pods for Morel 6-1/2's. Most of wiring run to the trunk for amps and processor. Zero gauge power wire run under the hood to 150 amp circuit breaker.
A pic of underneathe the car. Can't believe a 15 year old car looks this good under it.
Nice work, How you never strapped it to the dyno to confirm what you got under the hood?
And as far as sound what did you drop in the rear deck? And I hope you plan on sound deadening the rear deck?
Car is wicked clean, puts my car to shame
Small update. Worked on the tweeter pods in doors. I had some Focal tweeters left over from an old install. These are temporary as a set of Morel Piccolo tweeters will be going in A-pillars. The tweeter behind the factory grill sounds terrible so my buddy molded the cup to the factory pod and it will look and sound a lot better. Some pics. Still haven't decided if going to cover in grill cloth or texture and paint.
Removed old volume control and replaced with the remote bass controller for sub on my JL amp. This was a pain but ended up looking just like factory.

Really like this idea, utilizing the stock ***** for something as I was wondering what the hell I would use these for once an aftermarket stereo replaces the oem dual din. Any write up for how you integrated the **** in?
