Shane, that looks great!
I need to paint my radiator support too, it's got a few scratches from us removing the engine so many times and general marks from using tools etc.
Doesn't really bother me as it's not too bad but man yours came out great! Great work.
I have used the Krylon Fusion paint before, mainly small stuff, some plastics here and there on other projects around the house. I love that paint. So easy to work with.
The key to less orange peel is not to sand down to the bare metal, but apply the last coat at a close distance, with slower arm speed which allows you to lay down a thicker coat. Looks like **** when applied and wet, but when it cures, it looks amazing.

Well,
Went and picked up intercooler piping. To say I was very pleased is and understatement. Starting installing the left side. Originally it was hitting in a couple of spots so I've fixed that and got all the couplers and clamps cleaned up. Might have gotten a little wood when done.
Looks better in person. I'll post more once I've got this side done.

Got my APT bumper cover all mocked up and installed with everything in it. Mine fit perfect along with everything that goes in it. I have been working on the splash shields as this bumper of course is a lot longer in front so they don't fit factory anymore. All of mine weren't in the best shape so new ones were ordered. Still waiting on each wheel liner but I did get the front one in. I cut both edges off and ground to a straight edge. Then I aligned it and drilled holes in the APT bumper. Only three of the holes really line up so I cut the others off when I trimmed it. I also cut the plastic off where the intercooler piping went through. A lot cleaner now and easier to get to. I have mocked the fender liners up and drilled the holes for them in the bumper and they fit perfect. They will be trimmed too as they don't fit factory anymore. Adding the front shield really helped with making the bumper rigid again. The fender liners will help with this also.

Texas weather buddy. You never know what you might get. Bumper fits perfect. Couldn't be more pleased. New fender splash shields be here Friday so I'll be installing them next week and then putting car back on the ground to see how it looks. Paint soon to come for bumper cover.

Nice, I also bought new fender splash shields that I'll install after the intercooler piping is made. My old set were extremely worn through from being lowered so many years. Raising the suspension settings this time around for better comfort with the new coilovers and more clearance for the big win lip I plan to run.
