Arrow Oreo's Journal

So after long deliberation, and almost a hand shake away from selling it, I decided I'm keeping my IS. I couldn't part ways with it...
And since I'm infected with a mod bug that means more mods to come for Oreo.

Some to note:
Matte white paint,
ISF conversion (minus rear)
19x8.5 Tenzo Monoblocks
STD coilovers

Pictures:

Yes, the bumper is messed up, missing a fog light, I'm re-doing the conversion as some parts werent available when this was done 3 years ago.

Some things on my list (transformation will happen within the next year):
MY2011 headlights
Brembo F&R
20x9.5 & 20x11
KW V3
Short throw shifter (6MT)
Exhaust
Lexon or Ventross lip
Wald spoiler
ISF rear bumper
Wald Diffuser
NEW PAINT

I'm putting the pictures up so progress can be shown, but I am aware of the poor state of my IS.

For reference, here's my M5 I'm just about done with:

Reason for keeping the lexus:
first car I've owned, and amazing on gas compared to the M5

2/15/2011 Update:
MY2011 Headlights and painted wheels on one side lime green

2/19/13 Update:
It's been a long minute since I've been on here but I'm going back at it.
20" DPE RFK Step lips 20x10 -6 and 20x11 -47, yes I am going widebody. This is the plan and what is so far:

Doing one side of the wheels textured bronze with bronze lip, the other side textured grey with grey lip.
The widebody is my combination of the ISF racing concept mixed with some 599XX aspects. fenders will be raised like a Super GT car so the full profile of the wheel and tire can be seen while being slammed. I'm also dropping a 2JZ-GTE in there too to have the power match the look
Would anyone be interested if I produced this?

-John Evans

Ahh nice do you have a link? You are the second 2IS member I have seen with the IS F fender conversion. I like it alot better than the Artisan Spirits fender I've seen on alot of cars here. I think that thing is hideous

I'm glad your keeping it! I like your car name too "Oreo" haha. Also, your M5 looks beast, are they Adv1 or 360 forged wheels?

Me too The wheels are actually new for 2012 by a company called Radenergie, they do German and Italian cars, 21x9.5 front 21x13 with a 355/25/21 on it. I might have them make a one off monoblock for me for this car since I work very closely with them

I'd sell all three and purchase an IS-F but that's me.
