My SC600 full build thread

I think it's awesome that you're thinking outside the box. I also love the older Porsche 928s (dunno, maybe cause it's close to the same shape?), and I've seen more than one brave soul chuck the old V8 in place of American muscle.
Which I actually think is spectacular, cause even though our cars are built to shred racetracks and asphalt- they actually shred your behind on a long trip and their interiors over a short time (3 American cars in my past- and I will buy them again!). This way, you get the power of thunder with the comfort of a cloud.
Forgive the poetry there guys- I've been celebrating a little.

I never got down to really comparing but I expected a custom shaft to be $300-500 so should have saved some plus I got an upgraded shaft from my friend so it worked out good. Thanks for the info

Yea your right. Custom shafts cost is up there in price. I have only $190 invested in the driveshaft setup. So yea, we def saved some cash there! Build is making nice progress! Are you in town to see all of this?
