The pullies are lighter than the stockers, so its some kind of added performance. Less weight to rotate. You might have to take out your radiator or remove the alternator to get that last pulley on. I didn't change that one because I was lazy lol

I will hopefully have these done this by this weekend.. Thanks for the info, I figured that. I might try to do it without removing the radiator. I think it can be done.

Is the alternator pulley that much hard to get off than a power steering pump? Why cant you just bind the pulley up and break it loose?

I will try both ways and see what works. I will post up my results plus some diy pictures along the way. I am sure everyone knows how to change pullies for goodness sakes. lol

Mark, impact makes the job quick and easy. I under my EARTHQUAKE I hit each bolt, on and off. Quick and easy.

Thanks 4urxtc...

I did get around on installing the pullies, and while I was at it, I updated my slip on muffler. No more HKS..
I had to use the impact for the power steering and wedging a long screrwdriver to hold in place. The fan one was straight forward and easy, but the alternator was the pain in the butt one. The impact wouldnt even budge it. I ended up using my chain wrench and locking it down nice and tight. For install everyting went smooth except the alternator one again. I couldnt get a real good grip on it, but it is tight enough for me. I am overall impressed with the new look of them under the hood, it completed the look for me. I went ahead and added the Amsoil coolant for the radiator, since I had to remove the upper hose anyway, then I let it run for about 20 minutes to bleed right with the heat on high on the floor. Here is some pictures.. The only thing left I would like to do is upgrade the brakes. My build will then be complete for now, but is it ever complete? Thats the question..

Yall like the new exhaust or what, it was so funny!!

The exhaust pipe came off one of our T3000 crash fire trucks. I actual did the install in the bay with it pulled out. My buddy thought it would be a good idea to see what it would look like and sound like.... He is freaking crazy!! We all started to laugh and I couldnt help but to show the SC community what it looked like on there.. Dont worry it just slid on, long enough for a few snap shots.
