From my research on the sequoia driveshaft on the IS300 forums:
Drive Shaft (from '01-'04 Toyota Sequoia 4x4, or custom-made)
-2001-2004 Sequoia 4x4 REAR drive shaft: 37110-34080, $500 (can find used for $150-200 from junkyards)
-if you need the nuts (w/ washers) that holds the drive shaft to the tranny yoke (11mm x 1.0): 90179-11017, $8 (4 at about $2 each)
I believe I can pick one of these up and have it modified on the rear to mate with my sc400 diff. They state in this thread that the total length of the rear driveshaft 01-04 Toyota Sequoia is 54.5".
IS300 thread: These guys can literally buy this driveshaft and it's completely 100% bolt on.

Ok good finding my friend , now order it and when it comes in measure and let me know the length you may not have to modify anything on the DS itself if it's the correct length. it's a 2 peice DS you can slide the front out and you can slide it in, so slide all the way in and measure it.
All you have to do is change the flange on your diff to the 4 bolts style like the IS300/MK3 or the Sequoia and you are set. if it's about 51.5 or 52 inches you should be in good shape.

HiPSI - hi.
A similar decision - drive shaft had 1siksc (Christopher Thompsen)

He made a drive shaft on order:
Talked to 1siksc - maybe it will be useful for you.

Just a small update,
I haven't gone any further with the build due to after I installed the turbo kit my clutch started slipped (obviously) at only 4psi. So I've been going back and forth with what to, to stick with the w58 and upgrade the clutch or pull the trigger with a r154 and be somewhat limited or just go all the way v160.
I went ahead and ordered a Comp Clutch Stage 4, with redline tranny fluid and diff fluid and I was going to just give my w58 hell but then I saw Omar's brand spanking new v160 was up for sale so I messaged him. Luckily he's only about 4 1/2 hours from me and next thing I knew I was pulling money out of the bank and headed to Maryland!
Since this is just a tranny without accessories I've had to source and figure out EVERYTHING I needed to make this 100% bolt in and man the small items are really adding up. I'm starting to really collect some hefty invoices from Curt over at Elmhurst Toyota.
- V160 Getrag
- All new clutch fork / hub / bearings
- New Slave and hardline
- Brand new 93-95 shifter w/ OEM **** shifter rod, tripod & hardware, and billet tripod bushings
- New Inspection plates
- TT Supra 6spd Transmission tunnel
- TRD Transmission mount with 6spd MKIV crossmember
- Used v160 OEM flywheel - Sent off to Waco Texas to Richard Finley @ Brake & Clutch Supply to Dry turn the flywheel which was only $40 bucks and I'm stoked this worked out as I was looking at $630 for a brand new one from Toyota.
- Brand new Toyota v160 Flywheel bolts and pressure plate bolts
- Fresh v160 oil - Made from the souls of previous crushed MKIV supras
- Sound Performance's Clutchmasters Stage 4 w/ special disc (Holding 700whp for alot of the supraforum guys and engages like stock with a very light pedal feel from my research).
- Power House Racing's new 3.5" Telescoping custom driveshaft made for the sc300 w/ 6spd and gs400 rear
- Purchased a used 1998 sc400 rear differential - (Same as gs400 3.26 rear diff)
- MKIV Auto TT TRD LSD to go in the sc400 diff w/ install kit (I was scared of putting down all this power to an open diff and it sending me into a ditch)
I may have my stock w58 setup w/ driveshaft / stock differential / flywheel / crossmember & mount / slave etc for sale soon!!! The car only has 92k on it and it shifts incredibly smooth I really had no reason to swap it out other than I knew it wouldn't hold the power goals that I anticipate with this setup. The tranny has only seen 4psi from my na-t setup for maybe 500 miles and I've been babying it due to it not being tuned 100% and the clutch hasn't been holding. I also have a brand new Competition clutch Stage 4 w/ brand new OEM w58 flywheel bolts & redline fluid for the tranny & redline diff fluid for the stock sc300 rear differential. If I sold this as a package what do you guys feel would be an honest price?
So now I wait for some of these parts to come in! I can't believe I went from a slipping stock clutch'd w58 setup to this! This car better do work I'm hoping to achieve 500whp with ease on pump gas daily use and hopefully 600+ with Water/Meth mixture and higher boost.

Andrew,
Very nice i am glad it's coming along!
Did you replace the Headgasket? with the TT headgasket you will make 500hp on pump(93 oct) around 17-20 psi, i can't wait to see it.
Since you wanna add some methanol injection , i am assuming you don't have access to E85?
I'll be going V160 too since i decided to keep the car now suck! but gotta do it.

Big thanks to Richard Finley out at Brake & Clutch Supply in Waco, Texas for taking my used v160 dual mass oem flywheel and making it brand new again! Cost me $40 bucks plus shipping was outrageous but still cheaper than a brand new one from Toyota.
Some shots of my goodies:
New Shifter assembly, using a 93-96 brand new shifter, and billet shifter bushings:
TRD Mkiv supra transmission mount:
And last but not least my TRD Auto LSD w/ install parts came in!!
