Just wondering whats the reason behind chevy trans?
I know some of the supra guys are using a gm tranies for power riping drag launches vs 6speed that's cost as much as a left nut, but your setup probably cost a lot too?

hahaha, thanks guys and LEXXIUM, when i originally started the build i was going for the lowest hp 9 second car with stock body. Thats why i chose the th350, it has 32lbs less rotating mass then the th400. Also yes the chevy trans costs close to nothing to have built vs a toyota trans.

Here is when i drove it home last year with a 5500 stall torque converter and a major boost leak. I call it "1siksc behind the scenes" lol but you can see the car is still in many pieces there, no electronics hooked up except for a boost gauge and oil pressure.

I almost have my wiring done in the car, other progress, i started modifying the front bumper for drag design.
