Default New to the forum and have a 2007 Lexus is350 Starfire pearl Project car

Hey guys, just signed up and bought a 07 Is350- Starfire Pearl with 62k

Salvage vehicle at a auction, Kind of got screwed with hidden damage. Had to replace power steering rack, control arm, bushings, oil pan... In the pictures ( Below) It looked like I just needed a new front bumper and new airbags inside the vehicle.. Bought this car is Rancho Cordova- California, SO I never got a chance to look at the vehicle

Car had a lot of Upgrades!!!

1. Wired turn signal mirros
2. IS-F front and rear sway bars
3. Enkei AME FS-concept rims
4. Tanabe Medallion Exhaust
5. LMS Intake
6. Tanabe Pro Coilovers
7. Window Mirror Lights & Engine Start White- To Blue Lights (Changed)
8. Roof Painted Black
9. Lexus Light up running boar sills

Finally got the car running this past weekend, was worried I had a bad motor, but that is well.. The steering wheel wont turn easily, think there is something wrong with the power steering rack, computer dosent read it correctly, have to figure that out, after that I have to rip the front end off and replace the radiator, care support, fans etc. etc. Than I move onto the interior with the steering wheel airbag and knee pad, and than navigation unit, I am considering purchasing the FlyAudio unit, since it has its advantages... I have the screen come up but the whole button assembly is missing, So I will be replacing that... A lot to do.

I would appreciate help, comments, or any concerns. Would greatly help a lot and I love to chat,

Thanks for your time everyone, Andy

Here are some pics

( broken parts, ouchhh

how she currently Sits,, ( way to low, know I see how the damage was so sever, idk why someone would ever lower the vehicle this low!!!!

MY BABY!!!!! WHOO! I'm glad she didn't get junked away. Yes it is my car. It ran over a concrete island on the left side avoiding a accident. Seeing how bent the steering knuckle was, that coilover is probably bent as well. That LF wheel is junk also since it's been bent.

How much did you pay for it?

Please keep us updated!

SO here is the latest and greatest from today:

I replaced the power steering rack and pinion new rack and pinion, fitted and was overjoyed when power steering came back to life again, so got my snapon solus pro out and tried to reset the fault code c1515 and c1525, Lexus is not on the Snapon menu so did it has Toyota, got half way through the zero point reset and scan tool said error, the steering then went into fail safe and electric power stearing cut off and p/s light came on, i,m told i can do a manual reset by croosing pins on the dlc3 connecter and i have tried all the ones ive found on the net but no good, can anyone help with a reset procedure for this zero point calibration reset..thanks
