Default Im back again for the 7th time, can't stay away from SCs..

Well I think it's that time again to build something retarded na-t of course, I missed my white Car so I have been going back and forth about the setup and what car to drop it in.

I've been away for sometimes, away from CL and trying different stuff so now it's time to put them to the test.

I am still looking for an SCs, but I just gathering parts at this point , ECU was the first thing I bought, I got a motor I think.

My old car made 700hp all day , hoping to atleast make 900hp this time.. set my goal high and see what happens.

Need
Turbo which I don't know which one to get
ID2000 /FIC2150
TRD LSD
Trans I don't know what I want.. Automagic or V160
Need Tires 335/3018 R888
Intake manifold
Exhaust manifold
BDP 4.5" core
GSC S2 Camshafts, Beehive Dual Spring and retainers.

what is the compression ratio of a stock GE block / head with TT headgasket ? I like the idea of stock GE longblock since they are readily available and are cheap .

Bahumatz on SF is selling an ATF tranny with converter for a very good deal !!!

V160 are ridiculuous in prices now. They go for an arm and a leg even for second hand.

uh oh, i'm guessing the turbo will be larger than that 76mm on your last 2jzgte setup.

I suppose I'll really need to go built 1.5 sooner than later so I can keep up ..

That cr will be in the 9.x.x But that's not what I would be running. For 750hp I would use the stock na stuff..but for 900hp it's not gonna happen, I have to build a motor.

I don't like Toyota Auto, My all time favorite is the 4l80e if I decided to do auto that's what I would put in my car.
I can get V160s for a decent price and I have other alternative , other trans that will hold 800tq , I just can't make up my mind yet but around November I'll have that part squared away.

I really don't know what turbo to get, Peter wants me to get a 7675 but I don't want Pte..
GTX4202 will make that power or a modify S400 67.7mm , or just get the new BW 74mm .
You can keep up on setting 3

ahah.... I see a 4L80e coming .. manually controlled . Do it so we can follow suit to safely handle 1000rwhp !!!

ATF told me I can only push their a340e tranny which I have to 800rwhp and torque even lower which actually what kills the tranny , thats why I am afraid to crank up the boost on the Black Mamba.

This is great news! Really the major hurdle it seems with these platforms IS the transmission. The engine is stout, with plenty of aftermarket options, it's just reliably putting it to the ground without spending ungodly amounts of money that is the problem. An automatic setup will be more consistently fast but the question is how fun is an automatic? The 6spd just feels amazing!

You could give Michael a call or email at Forced Performance? I have a brand new HTA 3586 sitting in my basement for my Talon which I'm getting the itch of how it would performance on the lexus . They have a seriously good track record with car enthusiasts on the DSM / EVO / Subaru boards. They only offer ball bearing options but I'm sure they would be much more efficient than the JB BW s366 that you had last time.

Yeah trans is the issue..I am not sure what I wanna use the car for.. I really wanna do manual but going auto will be cheaper on my end.

Forced Performance stuff is too expensive for my blood lol, $3200 for a Turbo? man , I can call Geoff from Full race and have them build be a bad *** BW or Garret for maybe half of the price. I can't swing that type of $$$ on just a turbo.

I have looked into their Turbo line up and they build some nice stuff , Their are just outside my budget.

My old BW S366 was $725 when I bought it, I have put 20k+ miles on it and it still felt like the first day I bought it. made 701hp at 24, we stopped there because my clutch couldn't take anymore.. It had 800 in it by 28-29 psi, I ran it at 28psi once by accident..I would love to get another one of them but it just won't make 900hp.

We talking 900 hp at the crank or at the wheel????

Honestly I'd go with an automatic, but that's just because I'm a sucker for building boost off the line, running a sticky tire, and cutting a 1.5 or better 60' foot.

900hp to the rear tire..

I am just weighing my options lol, A buddy of mine is making little over 900hp on 4l80 and I may just copy his trans setup if I go auto.
