IMO.. V160 is overkill unless you plan to make 500-600hp+++ on a nice Single. ($$$ enginemods/supportmods) Then you go into the whole SUPRA = DYNO QUEEN DRAG POWER mode.
"I made 600-700hp, but I only drive the car one a week " Whats the fun in that? I drive my car daily, because I refuse to build and throw money into a car and not enjoy it as much as I can. When you reach a certain HP goal.. the car becomes a weekend car for you... as daily driving with a big turbo is not fun until you hit the highway due to LAG 4k rpm spool is .
Im in a problem now where my car is pretty much topped out BPU without going single turbo. I cant run anything higher in PSI due to only 91 oct in California. I dont wanna go meth but I might have to. 400rwhp is not enuff (I am at 350-375rwhp on 91 oct). I also want to keep my sleeper look without anything shiny in my bay. I might have to go single.
I have looked into upgrading TWINS to GT28 turbos to keep the sequential power band, but without higher oct gas or meth it looks like a waste of money to power ratio. $3000 for only 50rwhp more @ 91-93 oct (15-17psi). Add Meth/20+psi = 100rwhp more.
If the car came with a R154 I would have been just as happy as I knew I was topped out and finished. My tranny and engine are not being unleashed so I feel restricted. Just my 2cents.

This is where my shifter is at. It does sit further back than a w58. When I reverse I hit the shifter boot trim but barly!

you just had to show off the clean interior....nice shot by the way. If thats where the v160 shifter sits on the sc then i can deal with that. Im in the in the middle of swapping interiors and ill have the same exact int as you but the screen (might have to put that on the list also : )......
i thought about getting the gt28 hybrids but i have a BEP turbo from my sti and im just gonna throw that in the mix and see what happens....thanx for your input and the pictures......nice car....

I regret buying an R154 now if i have to do it again i will get the V160 instead, atleast i don't have to worry about rebuilding the trans every couple hundred or thousand miles lol...
The weakest point on my car was the trans and the clutch so again V160 is the way to go if you have the fund and thinking about big power near the future.
The only downside on the V160 is the price of the clutch to handle big HP lol but you got to pay to play...
If you wanna trade i guess we can and i can give you cash on my end , plus i will do the labor for you J/K.
