You need to combine both, the 2jzgte harness does not have body plugs for the SC300 because it never came in that chassis. It only has body plugs for supra or aristo. The body plugs from the sc300 harness need to be cut and put on the 2jzgte harness, there's also some other minor stuff.

You need a supra engine harness and either your oem sc300 engine harness or the 1jz harness and have them combined by Tweak. Personally i'd stick with a 6spd Supra TT full differential. No need for a trans tunnel; if your currently running a r154 trans then the tunnel is fine. Have a driveshaft sourced from Snap; they sell them already setup for the sc3 which runs a v160.

i didnt even think about strength. I was told that they are simular in strength but adding a trd lsd to the gs/ls/sc400 diff would be about the same strength......How different would the gearing be between the 3.26 vs. 3.13 cruising and racing.....?????

they are both strong, but the TT 6spd diffs can be had for about the same price as a GS diff without a vlsd. if they are the same strength why pay the extra 800 for a trd lsd in a gs pumpkin?
if you are running a 6 speed there isnt a good reason not to go with the 6spd diff + driver axle if you think about it.
once you buy that the 6spd diff is a much better value, not to mention you won't have to open it up to put in a vlsd in, and it has the gearing designed for the transmission.
the reason they are so cheap is that most people are swapping the other direction and no one wants to have all that hassle of making the 6spd work with our 5speeds, and not to mention the ridiculous gearing you would end up with.
