I like the colour and application.
Couldn't you have gotten a real paint job for the same price? Wouldn't real paint have been a hell of a lot more durable too?

i would have got the real paint job with less the price i did for this but u know as mentioned earlier by one member the price of the car would fall down its a general thing all over about any car being repainted the price falls down alot its better to have this one a different unique colour and original oem black colour is also safe from any scratches

You have to understand that people in the gulf region want to stand out of the crowd of lexuses, benzes, audi's etc. everyone there has the same cars in different colors. It's not like here in the states where you stand out for just having a 430. You can pull up to a stop light in the middle east with 5 430's. So sometimes in an effort to stand out, be different and noticed the peeps in the gulf or "khaleejies" do things to their cars that turn out disturbingly ugly or illogical. You have to understand that one, it is a matter of taste....and two, it's not your car he painted matte gold-ish either way if we all had the same taste this world would be pretty boring wouldn't you say?

Then this is why you save the $6000 you blew on the sticker job and save it for a LS460L with the executive package, so you can stand out from the LS 'crowd'. (or keep saving and get something more exotic).

Not my cup of tea as I don't like gold tone anything on a car, but I have to admit it looks pretty good. It is obviously very well done, and looks cool, and it is certainly very unique and not in a bad way at all. Excellent work.

My guess that it looks a lot better under the sun then under those florescent lights. Looks like like a lot of man hours went into the transformation.

Looks good. I too am not normally a fan of gold color anything on a car, but that looks good, especially the driving shot in post #28.

Is tint not allowed, or for some reason not considered desirable in UAE? Seems it'd be a good place for the utilitarian benefits for sure? (Not certain, but looks like no tint in the photos.)
