I have taken a bunch of photos for reference to post here as well so keep checking.
From my experience with the Supra swaps, this swap is a piece of cake. I'm just taking my sweet time and waiting for some parts or else this would hev been up and running. lol.
I may also change the car this swap will happen in. i will post more details later tonight

alright.....I've been bad... i picked up another GS300 -
1994 Model
Dark Blue ( which I don't see a lot of)
Darker shade grey leather interior.....and a few addons for pretty good deal.
looks like I have a swap car I can put my engine in now and leave the Black one stock.
fotos to follow soon...

Not at this time. I need to own the car for a little while and study it a bit to see what I can do to make the 5 speed swap easier for me. 2nd, there is the current cost to purchase the remote clutch, relocating the foot brake, sourcing a r154 tranny etc. I actually want this ride to be automatic for a little while since I use my car daily to and from work.

Alright...on to the build. After most parts have arrived, started to put things together and get ready to drop the motor.

Thanks guys. Glad you guys are enjoying it as much as I am lol !
The engine has been installed already as of last Sunday. I accidentally broke the tranny cross member rubber mounts so I have to order those.
TIP !
For the 2jzgte setup, you will need to flip the Tranny corssmember around so the "2jzgte arrow" faces the front.
Also, be careful if you still have the ABS pump on the car. The engine clipped one of the lines and that started leaking lol. Pretty easy fix though. Short line to replace or I will just cut of the damaged part and flare it and fit it back on.
Anyways..here are some engine pictures :
HYDROFAN mounted. I need a shroud - If anyone has one lying around, let me know... please
