The hides from this interior are the same used in the aston martin and bentley. It is extremely soft and buttery to the touch- also smells delightful every time a open the car door! I went with the diamond pattern and piping because of it's classic appeal and needed to do something very different to highlight the already beautiful color choice..
for the headliner, perforated light granite colored ultrasuede was used to bathe the ceiling to provide a stark contrast to the black tones of the dash,carpet..etc
I extended the patterns of the seats to the custom rebuilt door panels to even out the look of the surroundings but it's still growing on me..(feel like I'm in a coffin) but, it gives the whole car a total different personality!! let me know what you guys think of the look, and prepare for more pics on other aspects of this project!

Wow, impressive.
I could see myself doing this too, but not on my SC.
While I LOVE my car, if I had to put so much time and effort into such a project I would want to start off with a slate that is much, much cleaner than my current car. I only say this because if I put so much effort into it I would want to keep the car forever. My current car, being smacked once in the front right and another time in the left rear, is not worthy of such attention to detail... unfortunately.

MIke552: trust me, i understand exactly how you feel but, i got the right bodywork done after my accident and just decided to go ahead and do things to the car while i can still enjoy it..
One Hot: thanks Dennis, we are going to meet up sooner than later my man, need that supreme detail homie!..lol
1WILLY1: thanks for the comments/critique..to be honest, i wanted to do something to the door panels that would have been somewhat of an extension of the seats. I initally did not like what was done after it was executed but the look has certainly grown on me and i might still add to it, but for now i think it looks fantastic!
Spdrcr771: thx man, the upgrade v8vvti swap was worth the hard work and aggravation, but as far as these seats go, the color hue is not accurately depicted in these shots... it is closer to the saddle color used in the limited edition gs300 sport design and is absolutely beautiful in person (if your a fan of that color range of course), it gives it a real ultra luxurious look and the color can be best compared to a baseball glove ..
thanks for the comments guys, here are some pics of the LED tailight: -the leds are extremely bright, tightly packed and can be seen from any angle...unfortunately, true color/light intensity cannot accurately be illustrated in these pics. ** please note-hundreds of leds are used for this appplication
