Red face HELP! Leather Seat cracks and flaking!

My driver seat in my GS300 is giving me a big problem. the leather is cracking, and now it's pealing, flaking! HELP! What can I do to prevent it from spreading to other area on the seat. Right around the shoulder area! I used Armorall to condition the leather seats in the car about 4 months ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

when leather gets to this point there ain't much that can be done to revive it.
Get an estimate from a automotive upholsterer. Replace the section of leather(s) that are bad.

Whatever you do, DON'T use that "liquid leather" crap they push on TV. It doesn't work and will peel up.

Use Lexol. I've found that it's the best cleaner and conditioner.

DO NOT use leatherrepairkits.com or any product that is like that. I assume that is what liquid leather is, it was horrible, and I had a difficult time removing it and correcting the further damage it caused my seat. -Richard

Angry Stopped the flaking for now!

Thank you all for your support and expertise in this most painful subject. For now, I am using Armorall Leather Condition, the flaking is stopped. However, from the look from the edges of the existing flaked areas, they will return in the near future. I'm looking into your advice, will post pictures this weekend. NO, I will not use that Liquid Leather stuff.

Still AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Please stay away from Turtle and Armor anything products. They do more harm than good
